Who We Are
Aarc-West was founded in November 1994. Over the years Aarc-West has grown from a small, specialized company into the large, diversified company that is among the leaders in the Mechanical Insulation Industry today. Through its commitment of offering the highest level of Safety, Quality and Service, Aarc-West has garnered the trust of its customers to complete their projects on time and on budget.
The management team at Aarc-West has extensive years of industry experience in all facets of the mechanical insulation industry as owners, project managers, estimators, and field applicators. The principals of Aarc-West also take an active, day-to-day role in the business and continue to maintain a hands-on approach with the management of the company.
From Day One, Aarc-West has fostered strong corporate loyalty. Our employees are encouraged to think on their feet and are empowered to make their own decisions on the job. This approach is backed by strong supervisory and office support with up-to-date policies and systems. This allows us to react very quickly to our customers’ various needs and provide the exemplary service our customers have become accustomed to.
Our
Facility
Our main facility consists of a 14,000 square foot warehouse/distribution area, a 3,500 square foot fabrication shop and a 1,000 square foot in-house training facility.
Our fabrication shop boasts state-of- the-art machinery that allow us to pre-fabricate the majority of the metal and PVC accessories, as well as removable blankets, required when installing both commercial and industrial insulation systems.
Having the fab shop in our warehouse allows us to control the quality and cost of the material we install to ensure it meets our high standards. Our fabrication manager has decades of experience creating these accessories by manually which allowed him to transition to a fully automated system with ease.
Our in-house training facility was developed to ensure all our field staff have all the training necessary and all certificates up to date for all job-related equipment they are required to use and duties they are required to perform. We have a certified trainer on staff so we can maintain all certifications current and valid any time of the year.
